Pk8 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to pk8, an online entertainment platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of users across Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and PK8 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, downloading the app, or accessing any part of this platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions contained in this document.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PK8 platform via our website, mobile app, or any medium provided by us, you hereby express unconditional consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

Acceptance of these terms also covers any support services, promotional campaigns, loyalty programmes, and other additional services provided from time to time by pk8. pk8 reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice, and continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms take effect from the date of your first account registration.
• Use of the platform without an account is also subject to the relevant terms.
• These terms are governed under the laws of pk8's operating jurisdiction.

02. Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use the pk8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age for gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
3. Not a Restricted Individual: You are not a citizen, resident, or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling activities are prohibited or restricted by local law.
4. One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Owning multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms.
5. Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and the KYC verification process is accurate, current, and correct.

03. Account Security and Management

Your PK8 account is strictly personal. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account login, including any transactions made with or without your knowledge.

The pk8 platform uses a 256-bit SSL encryption system to ensure all user data and financial transactions are fully protected. However, you are also required to take the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.

• Contact our support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity.

Pk8 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Be vigilant against phishing attempts impersonating pk8 representatives.

04. Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: Each deposit must meet the minimum amount set according to the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• Payment Methods: The platform supports local bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved digital payment methods.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members in poker or table games.
• Money laundering or transferring funds through gambling activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Transferring or selling your account to another party.
• Abusing bonuses through hedge betting methods (bonus abuse/arbitrage).

07. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk8 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of pk8 or our respective licensors.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any pk8 content without written permission.
• Using the pk8 brand name or logo for commercial or personal purposes.
• Reverse engineering our platform's software.

Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action.

08. Limitation of Liability

The pk8 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unplanned downtime.

Pk8 is not liable for:

• Loss of wins due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

09. Account Suspension and Closure

Pk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time with or without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, or instructions from relevant authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. The account closure process will include a review of any outstanding balances before funds are returned (where applicable and subject to current terms).

• Voluntary account closure may be requested through customer support.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a maintenance fee.
• Funds in accounts closed due to violations may be fully forfeited.

10. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Pk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
